Nord RPM Battery Issue?

Hey, I’m new to this website (first ever post really) and I’ve had a question on my mind. I got a nord pod kit (With the RPM pods) and I’ve had it only about a month. The issue I’m having is slowly it will die on a higher and higher percent (started at 33, then up and up until now 98). Is there a reason for that? Should I be careful with what I’m doing with it now as far as potentially blowing the thing up? I know they aren’t supposed to be used while plugged in so am I best to cut my losses and buy a new one?

Sounds like a faulty battery. I'd try to warranty it. And yes I would most certainly buy another something. Don't ever want to be stuck with just one device in case something like this happens. "Back up for your back ups."
