Anyone else had a really bad experience with Northern Vapor? I bought an eroll and it was overheating (the charger and e-cigarette), and I asked them to replace it and they have done nothing but give me the runaround. I would not order EVER again from them. The questions they have asked about what is wrong with the unit are ridiculous - and they have asked the same questions repeatedly, only to tell me now that they can't replace it because there was physical damage - which there was not (not caused by me anyway), but damage caused by a malfunctioning unit. They are rude, and it took them almost a week to mail out my order in the first place. Has anyone else had any bad experiences with them? For someone trying to quit smoking and dealing with that stress - this is an extremely negative experience into the world of vaping.
