Supplier to avoid?

As I am new, I couldn't ask this question anywhere else. Sorry about that.
I'm going through websites and checking the supplies and prices.
Are there any website that I should avoid? Anyone had any kinds of bad experiences with any supplier?

I just bought a e-cig from Smoke Free this past Sunday. It is overpriced and all the supplies that you'll have to buy to keep it going you have to buy from them as the e-cig isn't compatible with other companies brands...the stuff they sell is about 5 x more expensive than other suppliers. I'm switching brands

I would browse the negative vendor forum for all the negative reviews of vendors and prolly avoid the ones with the most complaints
