I am new to vaping. It's been about 4 weeks now. I live in Northern Virginia. I hope to see a local vaping group start up here sometime. I would love to get together with fellow vapors! I missed the VapeFest by just a couple weeks. I haven't stopped kicking myself over that one yet!

My first kit was a Volcano and I was very unsatisfied with it. I continued to smoke the rest of the carton of cigarettes that I had while using the Volcano. During that time I started to google on the topic of vaping.

My second purchase was a PureSmoker Protege and I haven't looked back since. It's been over 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I have gone a bit wild and have several other mods added to my arsenal. I find that I am happier if I rotate what I use several times a day. I have bought juice from several vendors. I have really settled on any favorites but I do favor RY4's, coffees, and caramels.

I purchased a GLV from Great Lakes Vapor and a Saber Touch from VaporMoon.com. I agree with most that 5V is the sweet spot. I also purchased a Vape Stack from Mad Vapes and some LR atomizers from Puresmoker for my 3.7V devices. And I also use cartomizers mostly for the car or if I am out with friends at the few remaining bar/restaurants that still have smoking here in Virginia. I have both the 808 and 510 cartomizers. So far I like them equally.

I seem to be settling into a pattern of cartomizers for times when dripping isn't convenient, 3.7V with LR atomizers during the day, and 5V in the evening when I am home.

Bye for now... Wishing all of you happy vaping!
