I put in an order on 12/8 and did not receive it. I just sent Chip and email today.
After further review of the website I found this (seen on the homepage):
To all of the great customers and good friends that we have made running this web site we are sorry to inform you that we are temporarly shutting down. Chip's back problems were mis diagnosed and instead of a broken back he has stage four cancer. We have tried to run the site while he had a recent visit to the hospital but it is just too emotional to take care of both. Chip will be going
through radiation therapy for a tumor and brain cancer for about two months, then the chemo for the lung caner starts. This is when we will go offline until he beats the beast.
In the mean time we are selling out all stock very close to our cost. All all sales will be final except for defects which we will replace or if out of stock refund your money. Use coupon code " thanks " at checkout to get 18% off your order.
** UPDATE** We are continuing to thank everyone for the well wishes and prayers as we work our way
through our medical woes, and challenges. We have one more radiation to go
through, a lung biopsy, then on to Chemo therepy. Mar has been a real trouper through it all, and hopefully we haven't upset anyone too much.

After further review of my cc statement, it appears that the charges for the order did not go through. I did see it pending at one point, but it must have dropped off.
Hope you found a different vendor.
