Not able to post a new Thread in the new members forum

For some reason I'm unable to submit a new thread in the New members forum..

I don't see a "Post New Thread" button.

Umm.. What Happened? Am I special?

I think there's a "maturity" limit on when you can post a new thread on New Members - I don't recall if its number of posts you've made already or time you've been registered but it's in forum information and rules... You can always reply to new members.

Yep, it's based on post count. Once you are over 70 total posts you can't make new threads in New Members, but can still reply to existing threads
