Not sure about OP, but I just discovered i'm not allowed to create a new thread in New Member's forum.
On 6/2 I actually did create a new thread there, but since it never got any replies maybe i'm missing something.

Once you have 70 posts you can no longer start a topic in the New Members Forum. You can respond to a post or thread there but you can't start one.
