Has anybody got any experience with returning njoy classics under 30 days money back guarantee? I'm asking, because, unfortunately, I have and its a bad one.

To add a bit to it, i bought my njoy classic in august. Liked it very much, but one of the batteries was not working so i asked them for a new one. Initially i was very happy with a response, somebody mailed me few minutes after my query, but afterwards... afterwards i waited for almost four weeks for my replacement. That's not all, i never received my batteries, those four weeks it was how long it took them to respond to my questions about estimated delivery time of my batteries. The person i emaild afterwards explained me that they had some problems with their french tv ad campaign and that they can send me my replacement now. Mind you, it was already almost a month after i bought my starters kit so i decided against it and asked them for my money back instead. I send them my kit back and since then its silence, they havent send my money, they dont answer my emails (via their website form), just nothing....

Anybody have any idea what to do?

p.s. If you mix whisky, cahlua and milk on crushed ice, you will get a perfekt drink to help you with not working e cigs and not anwsered emails ;)

My only problem with the NJOYs are that they tend to spit back liquid for me. It's tricky to get a hit off of it sometimes, especially when the battery and/or cartridge start to go low. Not to mention the first penstyle I bought had a busted atomizer where the cartridges didn't fit all the way in, which they are replacing as we speak thankfully.

Yet from what I've seen most sites sell knockoffs or similar designs. I guess that's good in a way since having compatible carts is really handy if I run out on the go and need something quick (as most head shops around here sell NJOY carts).

Educate yourself before you make statements like the above please....

I've found the NJOYs to be more stable and sturdier and have a better battery life in comparison to my friends who got most of their stuff from puresmoker. Maybe they're doing it wrong, who knows.

Out of all the places I've ordered from, they've been the most professional and helpful to me, so when I see that compared to climbing all over the internet and looking at out-of-country websites to get my stuff, it's an easy assumption to make.

I'm not saying I'm right, obviously I'm in the wrong here. But when everything that one company sells is compatible with everything that everyone else sells it's not exactly laid out on who came out with what first.

I ordered an NJOY pen style as my first e-cig, the atomizer worked for one day and then crapped out. Before NJOY had even shipped the replacement kit, I ordered AND received a pen style and some extras/CaSH vanilla juice from puresmoker.

I'll happily take the 1-year NJOY warranty, may even order a second penstyle kit from them just to have the guarantee of free replacements. But I'm thrilled to have found puresmoker.com (through this forum, thanks everyone.) Reasonable prices for batteries, extra atomizers, blanks, and juice - and the guarantee against DOAs and the USPS priority mail shipping - well, I'm filling out another order this evening for some more juice and parts.

And my NJOY replacement? It's sitting here mostly just looking beautifully burgundy - while I'm sipping my new black pen style with the blue LED from puresmoker.com - that is every bit as high quality as the NJOY I paid $25.00 more for.

By the way - I'm a 50-year old female who's not too old to learn new tricks.

Lovin' this!

Had my Njoy for 13 days when the atomizer died last night. I was puffing it like usual, but when I stopped inhaling I heard this sizzling continue for a second or two. There was a resulting puff of burnt vapor(smoke?). I waited bout 15 minutes and took a puff(without inhaling it). Very nasty burnt taste, but no vapor. The thing is still getting warm when I do this, but produces no vapor. Im guessin the things burnt out. I am too new to this to bash any products/brands. haha, just my first dead atomizer theere'll be many many more. I emailed them. Now I get to test their warranty! yeay!
