I love my e-cigar from njoy with 1 year warranty. Easy draw, great vapor, good throat hit and batteries last 4 hours for me-sometimes longer..

However, after only 3 weeks the atomizer died.

I have spent two days (so far) trying to get a response from njoy product support to no avail. Telephone-get leave a message. Emails no response.

Shipment/Sales support via email is always fast-but not helpful in warranty claim.

I will keep after them - and keep interested fellow forum members up to date.

I have another NGAR, so I am not in withdrawal - yet!

Here is where the runaround begins. NJoy: "Twice the price & hassle, for half the performance".

I burnt out r njoy ncig atomizers and one npro. There batteries are great but there cleaning modes kill the atomizers. I finally got a hold of njoy once. They told me that if the unit worked for more than a week that it was not a defect. I was very angry. Imhon not a good reputable company. I have also heard that their made in america product is chinese.

Good News - NJOY Customer Service Manager contacted me via email and said he would send me another Cigar.:p

Actually an excellent response time-just a little over 2 days.

My emails to NJOY were of a positive note, and included history purchases: 2-NPROs ( for my brothers) and 2-NGARs + cartridges, and my true enjoyment of the product.

I'll post when I receive same or if I don't in a week or two.

It is the nature of these beasts to fail and I commend companies that stand behind their product and warranty.

Potentially a year of vaping for $65 (NGAR) and price of juice is cheap. Actually $130 since a back-up is needed while waiting for replacement parts-still cheap.

I will say we also had some problem reaching Njoy the second time we needed replacement parts within the first month of owning our NCig, but once we were able to contact them they sent out replacement parts and since they did not have the color of my original Ncig they sent extra batteries and atomizers , enough to make two extra devices with an additional spare atomizer, and some extra carts. I must say, I am very pleased with the customer service from NJoy.

Although NJoy does respond to issues, unfortunately you are screwed waiting for the replacements to come. Instead of purchasing a second kit for $65, I would just purchase a couple spare atomizers and batteries, you have something to fall back on when waiting for replacement parts.

I believe the NGAR is just a RN4062 rebranded, so you should be able to purchase extras from other sites like Puresmoker (when they come back) and any other site that carries them.

Anyone, please correct me if the NGAR isn't a RN4062.

Had a couple 901s ordered but decided I couldn't wait to try it out and headed to the local truck stop to pick up an Ncig model. Worked alright that day (this past Saturday), even though the carts that come with it taste like feet.

The next day, went to take a vape and... nothing. The cartridge that was in there was still wet, but changed that out. Same, nothing. The battery appeared to be in working order but changed that out too for a fresh-off-the-charger one. Same, nothing. Certainly points to the atomizer.

Got my 901. Waiting on a response from Njoy. Would like a working penstyle.

But at least I'm not tasting feet.
