I'm not sure how that works? 3.6 v @ .2 ohms would be 64.8 watts, you're correct, but the OP has it set at 35 watts and the max output is 50w so.... ?
Ah, didn't think about that. 50 w then, depending on how well the mod handles such a low resistance. In any case, it's unlikely to be 35 w :)

So are you saying my build is not actually correct for my box's power limitations?

Yes, you're actually getting 65W out of your 50W device with a .2 ohm load.

It sounds weird I know, but it can't regulate below battery voltage and on a charged battery under load, you're going to get around 3.6V and its just dumping 3.6V with no regulation to the coil and putting out more power than the device is actually rated for. Its simply a limitation (or lack of one on the low ohm side) of the device.

Phil Bursardo has a great video on your device that might help clear some things up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HM6QoxwPs3M

Its a good device, but for an RDA and #24 wire, I'd be looking at something like a 1/8" diameter coil with around 6 wraps, which would give you about .6'ish ohms, single coil. With that build you'd be comfortably between 20 and the low 30s for wattage and have total control over the sweet spot for your vape.

For dual coils and the 50W limit, I'd be building with #28 and shooting for around a .7 to .8 ohm build at the end. Again, it'll leave you're build with sweet spot well within the wattage range of your device.

Just take a look at this site Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

It will put you right in the ball park for coil builds for your devices and make life a lot easier.

Besides all that, I'd start looking into a few primer videos on how to properly wick with cotton.

This may be the wrong place to post this or it might not be anything that will help you out. It helped me get better flavor out of all of my set-ups though. If you are a "lung hitter" a wider diameter drip tip will be better for you, if you are like me and pull the vapor into your mouth before inhaling it (a "mouth hitter") then you will want to go with a smaller diameter drip tip. Once you get your wick issue worked out and you are getting the flavor you think you should out of what you have try some different diameters of drip tips...it does make a slight difference in the flavor you will experience based on how you smoke/vape.
