Just received my variable volt 900 mah eGo from GotVapes 10 minutes ago. Order # 1031635.

Per badkolo's youtube video on 9/10/11, it is supposed to come with 2 cones.

I got 1 cone.

I want the second cone. How will you make this happen?

no, the 650 kit comes with 2 cones as listed on the site, the 900 mah comes with one cone as listed on the site.

and coming here asking how i will make this happen on the forum isntead of contacting us is not how you go about things.

No your video was on the 900 mah VV ego, & that video said 2 cones.

that was a video before we finalized the product page, you didnt buy the product on my video you bought it on the site where it describes what is in kit and what you will recieve with the kit, ill make a change to the video to correct that.

again, this is something that would of been much easier to directly contact us then coming here to make a thread about, wouldnt you think.

Chris and Dan are awesome guys AND they work hard to provide a quality product. Your first step, and I can tell you it would have been resolved then, would have been to contact them via pm. Even though there was a discrepancy whether it should have come with two or not, they might have/probably would have given you one. You came off quite rude and demanding. Absolutely the wrong approach as it would immediately put anybody on the defensive and not on your side. Seems to have pushed them away rather than towards having empathy.
