Not happy with delivery

I use to use a electronic Cig (from njoy) and didnt really enjoy it very much, so i gave it a break.
Than one day i was looking around on Google and found this site, i read as much as i could and decided to go with a EGO ecig, fair enough i put in a order on Nov 16 for the following:

now this was my fault but i just moved into a condo and forgot to put the unit number, therefor the package was returned to JantyUSA on Nov 30th. i have had several (approximately 5 to 6 emails) emails to dispatch as well as opened a ticket with them. its now been 12 days since the tracking advised that the package has been in france, and i have NOTHING TO SHOW for it this is a huge issue for me because i am out of $100 with no responses.

Secondly i made a second order ( i didnt notice that the PCC didnt come with the ecig duh i know) now this order was made on NOV 19th for the following:
1 eGo SET - Black MANUAL VERSION egosetblack

and now its Dec 08th and the tracking number is not even valid on Canada post. I have opened tickets to verify whats going on and the only response i am getting back is "It has been shipped on the 22nd November or 23rd, this means it has been underway for around 15 days now. That is still within the margins." I DONT BELIEVE THIS IS WITH IN THE MARGINS.

so now i am a total of $200 US currency with absolutely nothing to show for it, i am extremely aggravated and dont know what i should do next.
