The part I'm struggling with is the blazing Headline "JANTY USA WOW I will never order here again." How was any of this Janty's fault?
The package made it back to Janty and they bore the cost of sending it again. I think I'd be thanking them for being so helpful, not starting a Thread with this kind of heading.
Janty couldn't help the fact that the OP didn't put the correct address and Janty doesn't control International Customs.
