The part I'm struggling with is the blazing Headline "JANTY USA WOW I will never order here again." How was any of this Janty's fault?

The package made it back to Janty and they bore the cost of sending it again. I think I'd be thanking them for being so helpful, not starting a Thread with this kind of heading.

Janty couldn't help the fact that the OP didn't put the correct address and Janty doesn't control International Customs.

And not even an apology ...

Hello Texast,

The reason i posted this is because after Several emails to Jantyusa trying to figure out where the package was i had no responses, I created this post and got a reply almost instantly because of great people here at the forum, and I did state that i understood the fact that I forgot to put the unit number, but 12 days after the package was return with no response was what was causing the issue, as of today it is December 13th and i have not received one package yet. its not only customs issue but also Janty as the order was placed on Nov 19th and the package was not shipped out until the 23rd.

yea guys i got a response, thank you for your help and advise, now hopefully i will get this thing before xmas, and fingers crossed before new years when i planned on quitting analogs for good.
