I ordered two sample packs and also received a few flavors to try out when I ordered my kit last week.

Since then, I've tried the following flavors:

Wow Caramel Apple
Chocolate
Wow Pina Colada
Cool Carts Kiwi Apple Strawberry
Wow French Vanilla Ice Cream
Wow Chocolate Banana
Wow Cherry Cordial
Wow Super Mint

I hate to say it, but I'm not impressed with ANY of these. In fact, a large majority of them almost seem to taste the same.

Am I the only one that has experienced this? I'm also pretty disappointed with the vapor production/TH.

I placed an order last week for Wow Peppermint and Premium Grape so I'm hoping to have better results than these.

I really don't want to have to switch to a different vendor for my cartos because I love V4L customer service and sales but I'm might just have to....

Winning, I don't know when you started vaping, stopped smoking analogs, or if you have stopped analogs, but in my humble opinion, it does make a difference with the flavors. I wasn't all that impressed when I first started vaping because everything seemed to have that chemical taste to it, and I was expecting the real thing. After I hadn't smoked analogs in a little while, my taste buds seemed to wake up. Now, there are some flavors that I like, some that I love, and there are those that I still don't care for and might never learn to. Clove cartos for example, were a huge letdown. They aren't close to the clove analogs that I so loved, but then, they aren't analogs either. If you're like me, the stronger, bolder flavors are the ones that I like. I didn't care too much for the sweet chocolate/coffee flavors, but I love the coffee and I like the espresso a lot. Keep looking, and hopefully you'll find what does you right. You might consider the swap thread. I recently swapped a bottle of juice for a nice sample of carts of different flavors and didn't have to buy a pack of each. I hope you find something that you like soon.
I'm sure that anyone here would tell you that being a customer of V4L is great, but if ridding yourself of analogs means using another vendor, then that's what you should do.
Sorry, I'm rambling on again. :)

@Rappel I haven't smoked analogs for about 3 weeks now (GO ME! :D). I started with D2 batteries (the highly overpriced mall version) and really liked the carto flavors. But I wanted to switch the the D1 battery so that I have more options for carto flavors/vendors at a non-outrageous price.

I think I'll see how I like the Premium Grape carto from V4L and maybe experiment with some of the premium flavors.

I'd really like to start filling my own but haven't really spent a lot of time researching the process. I filled a couple so far (bought a little sample bottle) but I'm kind of hit and miss.

It seems like there are quite a few ways to refill so any suggestions/links to videos would be appreciated!

(PS: Another reason to love V4L? All the oh-so-kind vapers that help the newbies like myself.)

Go You indeed!! Congrats on the 3 weeks! :)
Filling was pretty intimidating for me, and there was a lot of hit and miss. I think that most would agree that watching any of SnowDragons videos will get you quickly acclimated to filling your own carts. He's oh so helpful.
For my own part, I like the syringe method when I have lots to refill, but if I only have a few, then I use the drip method with the Taryn spin. You'll be an expert in no time.
Oh, and the grape is yummy, it's a bit like a grape nehi. A little sweet, but nice after a few hours of vaping kamel or 555 carts which are my usuals.

It's very easy to fill a carto. Pop off the top with a paperclip, hold the carto at a 45 degree angle, and drip down the side, and rotate. Repeat this, until it starts to drip out the bottom(battery connection end). You'll see once you try it. Nothing to it.

Thanks Uba. Do you find that with blank cartos you have to refill a couple of times? For me it seemed like I refilled the blank ones, let them set overnight and in the AM, they still seemed empty...

New carts are always best to fill initially at night and then top off in the morning. It takes a few fills for the stuffing to uncompress and the liquid to quickly soak in. I usually end up burning a new cart out if I don't let the juice soak in well before using it.

My preference is wow juices in cool carts. Love the vapor and additional VG content of the wow juices but prefer the cooler vapor and cart temp of the coolcarts.

Your taste-buds will be taking you on a wild ride for the first 4-6 months or so. Keep the ones you don't like today, they might become your favorites in a couple months :)

Welcome winning. I see you chose all the blended flavors. (except for choco and mint). If I was just starting again I would choose simple flavors like the Grape, Chocolate, vanilla and smilin menthol. The more you blend the less you taste of each flavor.

If you baked a cake with 10 cake mixes..what flavor would you taste? Who cares..I am NOT cleaning up that mess! Sorry...

Save the flavors you didn't care for and give them a try on down the road. You may find you like them!

You never told us what strength you were vaping..that may make a difference.

last but not least..lay off the grape!...:)

I like V4L juices, and batteries. But I've never been a fan of their prefilled cartos. Besides, the new style of carto's that are on the market now are the way to go. These new styles are going to be setting the trend for cartos imo. If someone isn't selling them, they really need to look into it.

What new style cartos?

What kind of analogs did you smoke? Are you looking for something that resembles tobacco? I know everyone is different, Both my wife and I quit at the same time and it was easy for me because I liked every thing I vaped. I now have 24 different juices and both my wife and I go thru phases of what we like. My wife found a couple of flavors that she said helped her over the hump of quiting analogs, she used wow555 not the vg, she did not like the vg(she said less flavor, and dryer) she also used mango, and peach. Now its been 5 or six weeks and she wont touch 555 lol. I like to have 1 tobacco, and one of any other flavor just to keep my taste buds invigorated. The tobacco flavors I like are ry4, dunhall, cowboy. I hope this helps, its just what worked for us.
