Please tell us what mods and what tanks (specifically coils) you are using. How about the juice (e-liquid) and how strong of nicotine (mg)? There are so many options, but a little info goes a long way.

Svoemestos are iffy depending on location. Real ones are good but very pricey and only available in Europe. As a result clones are rampant and of wildly varying quality

Real ones are good. Fake ones are often awful and telling the difference before buying is often very difficult. IF the buyer is in Europe, and IF they’re buying from someone reputable there is a decent chance of getting one. Outside of Europe chances drop to near zero.
There are attys that perform as well for far less money that are less often counterfeited simply because they’re cheaper.

It's a matter of coil heads. The best bet right now is the Aspire Nautilus series. The coil heads are pretty cheap, and come in resistances from .5 ohms to 1.8 ohms. Their continued existence is assured for some time since they fit in some of the most popular tanks ever, and Aspire recently (OK, over the past 2 or three years), has introduced at least 2 tanks that use them. They also fit a number of non-Aspire attys, like my beloved Kabukis, the clones of which by Steam Tribe are very good. They even improved it by making the pin adjustable.
I bought a bunch of Aspire BVC coil heads. I also have Naughty Minnies that I still like to use.
Kanger recently discontinued all of their supra ohm coil heads, at least in the OCC line, which fit all versions of Subtank/Toptank, and many non-Kanger attys as well. I ordered as many as I could before Fasttech ran out of them. We are not alone.
And yeah, as I have recently learned, building is one way to keep the resistance high and the vapor cool.

The advantage the real ones have is machining quality and materials which leads to high reliability. They last for years. The designs tend to rely on good machining though. Right !. I've got a few V4's by Tobeco which are pretty good. I bought a V4 clone by "Sub Two" from China on Aliexpress and it is pretty poor. The tank cracked as soon as i tightened it up. Never bought a clone from China since.
