Not sure why my PV isn't working.

I came to the point where the first DCC, I have been using on my tank and PP10440 for a little over a month, was getting a burnt taste. So I changed out the DCC on my tank, filled up the tank, and it didn't fire. So I pulled out another DCC and tested it on the battery without the tank. It made vapor, so I put it on my tank and filled the tank. It worked for about 30 min, then stopped hitting. I changed the battery and nothing. So I switched out the DCC 2 more times and neither of them worked. So here I am with 4 new DCC's and my setup isn't working. The batteries are charged and only a month old. I dropped my setup a few days ago from a few feet, but it worked fine when I picked it up. I am stumped, as I can't find any reason my setup isn't working. Any ideas?

I am trying to pull it out, and I think I know what you are referring to, but I can't find a good way to get a hold of it to be able to pull it out even a little bit. It it flush with the thread on every carto!

Yeah that's why I suggest people pull it out on the battery because it's a lot easier..it can break the battery possibly but I've been doing it for months on my eGo's with 0 issues..also that pin moves all the time anyways so pulling it up a little isn't probably any worse than screwing in a cart/atomizer...

:) unfortunately on the PP10440, you can't pull on the contact point, but it's like my vamping just keeps getting better the more I find out about vaping, and how to deal with all the quirks. This should be something that is changed in the general design of the system.

Yeah probably something like making the rubber seal of the batteries better so it pushes the pin up more would help..same goes for carts/atomizers..but I'm happy the way they work for the price I pay (don't want to pay more) and don't mind the quirks since I'm handy with electronics. Plus all this stuff is mass produced (mostly in China at low wages) and things by different manufactures get used with each other..so quirks are to be expected...
