Kim, did you ever get your stuff? Apparently, somebody at FT is a little trigger-happy with the "delivered" button - if it's the FT tracking system that you checked and not USPS, then maybe they screwed up and you should open a ticket. If it's USPS tracking, then yeah, you'd have to hash it out with USPS. Sitting and waiting probably won't get you very far, if something went wrong with your shipment.
