Notcigs - Excellent Products and Support

I have recently in separate orders purchased several items from notcigs.com:

Infinity Pro (variable voltage mod) excellent item, underpriced compared to competitors
Misc small items: cartomizers, batteries, voltage meter
2 Buzz M1A1 tanks: also excellent, unfortunately one was defective....

.....but I received immediate good customer service and credit in the store for the faulty component without having to bother returning the faulty part. Any supplier can sell something occasionally with a problem. Good suppliers immediately resolve the problem. Notcigs did just that. Worth noting about my confidence in the supplier and the product, I bought the second Buzz tank after the issue with the first, it really is a sweet product.

I figured since I just posted in the negative forum about a different supplier who gave terrible service in an extraordinarily similar situation. I should give equal attention to the supplier who got it right.

I only wish Notcigs carried a wider selection of what I need. But if they have what I'm looking for, they will definitely be my first stop.
