Tim has really got it together. Excellent customer service, great website, super fast shipping, great product, superb communication, and a wonderful personality. Clearly, he cares about his business and his customers. I ordered the new E-Power kit, a steal at $39.99 with free shipping. I love the device, but this is a supplier review. I ordered the kit on a Thursday night. At 10:30, Tim sent me a personal email thanking me for my order and letting me know that it would ship in the morning. I received it Monday. I had a problem with one of the cartomizers. One email, and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

I highly recommend vapor beast, and hope that you will support this wonderful supplier!

That is sooo funny, I just wrote a review on the Vaporbeast Link on ECF also expressing my graditude! My wife said, "I should learn something from Vaporbeast on exceeding expectations"! I turned around and gave her a free Ming Drip Tip like Tim did for me and wrote a hand written thank you note for being my loyal loving wife!(LOL)All joking aside, I'm glad others are having a great experience with the BEAST! Now I must go do something nice for my wife! Who knew the BEAST would actually teach me something about the value of giving and going the exta mile!! Now I can save that money I was going to spend on therapy and buy more stuff from Vaporbeast.com
