My Buzz is 5 months old, purchased new, and has worked flawlessly. Last night, I placed a brand new carto on it and got the "red light" -- no vape. I thought it was the carto, so I tested it on some older PVs, carto is DOA. No biggie, it happens. I then returned to using my old cartos I had been using in rotation all day -- and all were "red light". Yikes!
In a panic not felt since my newer days on the forum, I logged in and happily saw that Buzzkill was online. I PM'd him with my tale of woe and he patiently walked me through troubleshooting, step by step by step via PMs. Even though we both lost connection to ECF (it was prime-time), we followed through to resolution on his Chat Online via his website (it was currently offline, but he found me there!)
Fortunately, the Buzz was not the one with an issue -- my batteries were! All is working beautifully, now; I just wanted the folks here on ECF to know that Buzzkill, once again, has demonstrated his amazing customer service and support and to thank him "out loud".
Cheers for the Buzz Army, Huzzah!
