Hey all. Jumped on the Buzz-wagon yesterday. A few days ago my wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday so I immediately went to a mod database and started looking for a nice backup device in case I ever have trouble with my 5 volt. I decided I wanted a variable voltage device so I picked the first one that I thought looked good. Then like a good ECFer, I started asking about my choice here in the forum. I was quickly warned off of my original choice and pointed by several people towards the Buzz. I headed over to NotCigs and asked them a question. I got a response in a couple hours (not bad). So I asked another question and was responded to in minutes (really good!).
I ordered my Buzz the next day around noon. Soon thereafter I got an e-mail from Terri wanting to verify my connecter choice. Minutes later I got a "shipped" status e-mail from NotCigs. Then I got my shipping verification with tracking from USPS at 6:45 pm.
I've been ordering stuff from some of the best suppliers around since last February and I gotta say, Mike, This kind of service is pretty outstanding! You guys are on the freakin' ball! If this level of service continues I might have to put you right up on that pedestal with Chris from Myfreedomsmokes.
I can't wait to see if this device is all these Buzz users say it is. I like to jump formats from 510 to 808 to 801 and try a lot of resistance levels so I think VV is for me. Now I just gotta find a small screw on meter.
This is just my very long-winded way of saying thanks for treating your customers right and making me feel as if my patronage means something. So far so very good.
Looking forward to becoming a notCigs fan (and booster).
'K... I'll shut up now. :p

Great choice, I've been using a Buzz since around or before April 10, 2010 and it has never missed one push of the button. Not one misfire and I can't make that claim for any of my other devices. The great customer service you've already experienced get's even better as you might find out some day. I've seen Mike cover issues from owners that purchased their Buzz second hand and that's something you don't see in the world of business very often. Goog vaping.

Thanks pkj and 5card. I've seen both of you around these boards. I've been following the posts you've made for Isaac's corto beta testing 5card. I'm really looking forward to having more voltage control. Just ordered an assortment of different attys and cartos from Iken to play with. I got a couple of the 510 dripper cartos. Might like those.

Ikenvape has made progress on the cartomizer that is amazing. It's unreal how good he has made them. I got one of the fusions on my Buzz as I type and the vapor is astounding. The megas, The Fusions and the Drip Tip are all amazing cartomizers. Your going to love the Buzz with Isaacs carto's on it.

The group wouldn't be complete without my good friend El Dee.

Hey Vapo, or should I call you Mr. Monkey?
I got the smooth aluminum one. I may look at the possibilities of laminating it with a wooden veneer. (check my sig. link) That's kinda what I do.
Think that would void the warrantee?
I thought about doing that too. Lets see it when your done. I'm very interested in seeing it.

Yeah, he works pretty hard at the innovations. I think he might stick something extra in my order to try out.... Hope so.
I wish he could keep his stuff in stock though. I was waiting for the LR 901s and was gonna get them and some Mega 808s in this order but by the time he got the 901s he was out of the megas :p.

He just started stocking them and I don't think he was ready for how good they were going to sell. I'm sure he'll get that smoothed out. With all the new stuff I imagine he's got allot on his plate.

Have you seen my work?
I've done Chucks, GLVs and my own tube mods.
I don't think I have. I make all my boxes and other stuff myself too. I like taking antiques that are trashed and rebuild them. I got a bureau
I found in a garage with plywood nailed to the top, greasy nuts and bolts inside and 40 layers of paint and rebuilt it and the antique store wants to buy it but I'm not selling it. It's from the early 1800s. I got a chair that had three legs I rebuilt that's from the 1700s. Has allot of carving on it I had to replicate.
I got a bunch of mods in the modders forum.

I design and build one of a kind furniture. Click my signature link if you get the time. My newest skill is veneer marquetry. I steam bend them into tubes for mod skins.

That's something I wished I knew, Steam bending and especially veneer. I got an old roll top I have to do for someone that needs veneer. I'm going to check out your site.

Is that desk red oak? I know a guy who has some nice quarter sawn red oak veneer. He wanted me to help him find someone that might want it. 6 sequential strips 10" wide by 8 feet long. You know a guy who goes by the name "Crimmy" here on ECF?

It's almost black but the finish is so aged it's hard to tell what color it was originally. It is oak though. That is some nice stuff you do. Are those inlays? If you talk to the guy tell him to PM me I might be interested. Here is a bad pic of the dresser I was talking about. The handles were just thrown on I still gotta get some handles when I can. It was blue when I got it and heavily damaged.
