I just tried to place an order with them. At check out, it told me my card was not accepted due to an address mismatch. Yet the 98 dollars was taken out of my account.

There does not seem to be any phone number to call them (or if there is, I didn't see it). I know that they are a legit business from the reviews I have read, so I am posting here simply to let one of their reps know so they can contact me. Please send me a PM so we can resolve this matter.

Please note that I am not placing blame on notcigs at all, in fact, the fault lies with my bank. I just need to get this resolved because I want to get my order placed and posted here in the hope that someone from notcigs will see it. I just can't afford to make a second order and hope this one can be "fixed up" so to speak.
