Similar problems with notcigs?

I've had trouble with nearly every vendor I have dealt with in regards to e-cig equipment or juice. Most have fixed their respective problems & did their best to alleviate the situation. However, There has never been any 1 company I've done business with in the e-cig realm that has given me as much of a headache as notcigs. Initially there was a problem with my debit card because my billing address was different from my mailing address. This caused there to be 3 'ghost' debit charges on my checking account. I e-mailed notcigs & was told the charge should be off my account within 1 business day. After several days I was told it would just be a little longer & after nearly a week the charges were finally removed. Immediately afterwards I ordered my terminator (@ this point I had to order so as to not let the new equipment I had bought specifically for HV not go to waste) which was Wednesday 09/22. I was told on 09/24 that 'notcigs' is too busy & they will notify me when they ship my terminator. My question is: Has anyone else run into these kind of problems with notcigs or is it just me? Because at this point I feel like I'm being played for a sucker & I'd rather file for a chargeback than have to wait indefinitely for something that could have been shipped that easily & quickly.
