I have asked Domino to co-mod The Women's Room with me, and she has agreed!
There isn't much to it (you ladies don't cause much trouble) but we strive to keep this area stress free and welcoming. My only rule has been 'Play nice!" and to have you follow the rules of ECF. But we don't enforce the topic drift unless it's a serious thread and I ignore all typo's..as I can't spell or type..so mostly don't notice them..lol

Domino will take a lot off my mind as Mike is not doing well and we have a big move coming up. I would hate to see this forum left unattended if things go south for us. She has the right stuff for encouraging growth and keeping things upbeat and fun. I think she may even be able to swing that big stick if anyone bothers us!

Thanks guys, we are fine for now and my daughter is getting the repairs done for us (we are paying of course) Mom's house is over 50 years old and cinder block.

We won't move til at least Fall. I need to do a lot of downsizing before then!

Mike is OK for now, but I am trying to make things easy for me to just drop everything and go..if I need to. Domino is being kind enough to take that worry off my plate.

Good luck with everything MK. I hope Mike is doing better. I'm dealing with sick hubby myself right now (thread in the success stories section which I would link to if I could figure out how to do it, but on no sleep in a week I can't think), and it's stressful. Make sure you take care of yourself too. People keep telling me that, but it's not easy to do.

Moon, I am so sorry you and huby had to go thru this. I almost lost my mind when Mike had triple by-pass 10 years ago. I was still smoking then, but the hospital had smoking areas downstairs.

I hope your husband takes it easy and you don't go crazy meanwhile..men love to be waited on!
