Notification of a New Thread Posting in a specific Forum?

Is there a way that I can get notifications when someone starts a new thread in the Active CoOps?

I have figured out how to get daily updates. I am going to have to wait until later to see if it is going to email me.

I miss out on a lot of new CoOps that I would like to get into because I'm not sure that they are new threads.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am afraid not., you have to go to the forum and check for new ones, you can make a shortcut to it , it would be easier
