Notification when someone quotes my post ?

I couldn't find a way to receive a notification (or have it appear in the settings like subscriptions) when someone quotes on of my post. Is there a way to do this ?

Under "Thread Tools" you can subscribe to the thread and see who responds. I think this is what you are asking. Welcome to ecg cracoucax . So glad you are here. If this is not correct, I'm sure someone will come along and teach us both something. Good luck to you and happy vaping from France.

vBulletin doesn't do that. There is an addon that could be installed, but we're hesitant to use it as it would add to the already high query load.

The easiest way is to click on "What's New" and then under that "My Posts". You will see a list of all the posts you have replied to with a black arrow on the right side of the left column that takes you to your last post in the thread. It's the best way I know to keep up with replies that occur after your last post in a thread.

It's on the left bottom corner of the header at the top of each page.

Ok I understand, that's would make a minimum of 2 queries and one insert per quoted post i reckon. Thanks.
