Hi Ird3 The meet you are referring to ( if it was on our page ) was a post on our dissuasion page ( the only usable page to post on be for we became an approved social group ) And if so that was 2009. Sorry but in an effort to clean up our page and keep it current so we don't look like a bunch of dead threads and to avoid confusion, I soft deleted it. Please except my apology for not attending to this sooner to avoid the confusion.

I see 90 members to this group here in the Tri State NJ area, and at last weeks meet held in NJ their was only a turn out of 15 out of 55 who gave a RSVP, so what happened? You vapers join a group to have meets, and do not attend. But those who did attend had lot's of fun. Check out the video's of the meet.

Well in any event don't get discouraged Smokie. Event planing takes time. And word of mouth from whoever attended in the past will bring more people if they had fun. Also keep in mind location. Central to your guest and assessable by public transportation. Not everybody will drive. Make it easy to attend. But most important, Lots of notice for the event. 1 week be for is not good. One month is better. The more time people have time to plan to attend the better. RSVP is always off the mark. Except for weddings. I don't know why. It's just the way it is and why I won't use it.
