After a few days of reading I think I know enough to ask questions.

I vape 6mg/ml 50/50 store bought exclusively. I'm paying $68 for 120ml and looking to save some money and experiment a little.

Is there any reason not to buy pre made 6mg 50/50 from NN? At $38 for 1L it seems like a bargain to me. I understand my ratios and nicotine will be off a bit if flavorings are added but I think I'm ok with that. With a little one around I would prefer not to have a strong nicotine liquid in the house.

Do I have this math right?
At 10% flavor in PG I would end up with a little more then 5.4mg nicotine and a 60pg/40vg ratio?

All of the calculators I have looked at are asking for the three components for the base. Is there an easy way to enter a pre made 6mg 50/50?

I'm not bring on sweet deserts kind of flavors. I use mostly RY4. I'm curious what the unflavored NN 6mg 50/50 taste like. Anyone have any experience with it or a better place to buy what I'm looking for? East coast would be nice.

Your math is correct. I vape unflavored a lot, and I have used NN and liked it. I used 70VG/30PG from them.

Your calculations are correct and your plan as a new beginner is very sound. Vape the base unflavored first and this will help you gauge how well your doing when you start to mix in flavors. It's always best practice to know exactly how the unflavored base taste before flavoring. Good luck.

For the biggest savings, you should consider DIY. I am proof that it is pretty easy to do. As an example, I can make 100mls of 24mg nic unflavored juice for $3.58. There are some really great DIY threads. If you are not interested in getting into DIY, you can always buy you juice stronger and dilute it down. Say you buy 12mg nic and dilute it with vg down to 6. Could save some money. Just a thought. Good luck to you and happy vaping.
