I have been making e juice for a while now, and i sell it. I have a couple good flavors that come in both 3mg and 6mg, the 6mg juice always taste a little bland compared to the 3mg. I use 100% Vg nicotine in some flavors and 50/50 Nicotine in others. my juices are usually 40/60 pg/vg. there is not more VG in the 6mg juice then the 3mg, so i don't understand whats happening. once i made a 12mg juice just to test it out and it was extremely bland!

Try adding more PG to the 6mg juice (50/50). PG is a better flavor carrier and will boost the taste of the flavoring. the Higher the NIC percentages the more it will mask the taste of the flavoring and this is why you notice a difference in flavor potency. It will also increase throat hit slightly.
You can also try increasing the flavor percentage but be warned that increasing it to much may actually decrease the taste with some flavoring brands so only increase it slightly (1-2%)

Might want to experiment with different brand(s) of Nic. Some nic's do have a taste to them, as I understand, a good one should not be noticeable. Blind taste tests with other testers should narrow down the problem.
