blow it out into a piece of paper towel first, wipe the paper towel inside the Atty, get as much of it out as you can, then throw some juice in and take about ten vapes without inhaling, then I usually out a little bit to much juice in it to get going, you should be good to go after that.!!

What mwa said. Except that if you've already used the atty, blowing the primer out may not be sufficient. If you've already used the atty, I suggest you put it in a small glass with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and bring it to a boil a few times in the microwave. Let it cool for a while in the microwave (alcohol vapors are flammable) then rinse well with water, blow it out and let it dry overnight. This is the only thing that worked for me.

Good Luck!

You could try buying some glycerin USP from the pharmacy. Put several drops in the atty and blow it out from the side that the cartridge sits on. Do that a few times and you might get the rest of the primer out.

Alternatively, you can put a few drops of the glycerin on the bridge of your atty, and vape it it without inhaling (well you could inhale but if you are trying to get rid of the primer taste you probably don't want to :p ). Do that a few times and the primer taste will go away. This is also a great method for getting rid of a flavor (other than cinnamon or something else really strong) that is stuck on your atty.

I dont think I would boil it in alcohol. There are plastic parts in there that could be damaged by this, boiling in water may be ok, but alcohol is a solvent , and heated is flamable.

My attys are metal. So far, bringing them to a boil a couple of times in the microwave hasn't hurt them. Isopropyl alcohol is a bit less viscous than water and, as you said, a bit better of a solvent than water. The hope is that more old juice will be removed than by boiling in water alone. We shall see.
