I just tried another bottle of juice from EC Blends. It had been sitting for about 5-6 days. When I tried to open the cap and drip it, THE WHOLE TOP FELL OFF. It looked like it had been diped in acid. I just got through with the nasty gram to them. This is the second bottle in my shipment that I have had. The first problem was with just the top not coming off. Easy fix and didn't lose much juice. This time I didn't even get to try the juice cause it's all over my carpet now. I'll wait and find out what their reply is before I ever make another order with them.

sorry this happened to you. I imagine there is no way to *test* those plastic bottles and caps.....juice vendors get them by the thousands

Why some of us only order in glass i.e., The Vapor Room, Mountain Oak Vapor, Copper Creek, etc.

I imagine juice can eat away at plastic bottles similar to polycarb in clearos, although the plastic of bottles is supposed to be better. Maybe whoever the mixer was didn't PUSH the cap onto your bottle hard enough?

One of the bottles of my loved RY4 had the cap pushed down so far I had to use pliers and PULL it off. Just a tiny bit of leakage in the bag. Just enough I couldn't read the label. Already sent a note about that one. This time there is no excuse for what I found. I held it in my hand like I do all my juice and gave it a good shake. Started to unscrew the cap and there was NOTHING UNDER THE CAP. Sad thing is ECB is the only place I've found so far that gives me exactly what I really really like. They are a big help in the analog problem. That's why I looking for other places. I'm not good at mixing things up I'm one of those who need a base line to go on.

Sorry this happend to you. On the plus side, this forum gives you a good place to voice these complaints. Never have ordered anything e cig off the net. One reason is the huge ragging I would hear from my spouse, and the other is fear of stuff like this. Before I even checked this forum out I wouldn't, because I had heard of scams via family members. That kind of stuff. Good buisnesses that want to please customers need this kind of feed back. Hopefully they figure out went wrong there.

In their defense I have always gotten great juice from them. I got 3 more orders i just placed. (I keep forgetting what to get). It's the first time this has ever happened with ECB and I hope after the last nasty gram it will be the last. I really do like most everything I've got from them.(The rootbeer I made was kinda nasty though. Not them me). The peanut butter is fantastic and the coffee i created is wonderful. just the bottle complaint and caps so far. Time will tell. If they come through the next few times I'll recomend them to every one. But like I said in the nasty gram If they fail then I will voice my opinion on this forum to all who will listen.

Ok woke up this morning with a very nice extremely polite from ECB. Their going to send my the stuff to send them the bottle back. They said they want to look at it. Also explained some things in a way I could understand. Very impressed by the rapid response from ECB. Maybe I was to harsh at first. Never had a vendor reply like they did so yes I'm rethinking my first impression. Just thought I'd update.
