"I was a pack a day smoker and I had been smoking for over 7 years. I had tried patches and gum without being able to go over a 3 days without picking back up with renewed vigor. I found e-cigs... not to quit, just to have an alternative to having my wife complain about killing myself slowly, constantly stinking, and having horrible breath. It's been a month without a normal cigarette, and I have already cut down to almost no nicotine, and have even gone several days without using the e-cig without ill effects. I feel much better on the e-cig (rather than smoking normal cigarettes), both physically and emotionally and the only unintentional side effect was that I have essentially weened myself painlessly off of harmful normal cigarettes. To take that choice away from anybody would be a crime."

I had meant to put in there "Now the only thing my wife complains about is my stinky feet" but I forgot ><

That's a nice enough piece, to be sure, but not national. This is the local ABC outlet in Tampa Bay. Comments are not to ABC, but to a local station.

Sorry, didn't realize it was not national. HOWEVER, since it's ABC News, I'd hope that if they get enough comments, National might pick it up. At least it might lead to something, and it's a good start.

We have 4,714 members here. We can certainly make a comment and few thousand would really show the interest.

That a girl. That's how it's done. One station/paper at a time! :thumb:
