now that you vape, do you put it down?

5ml is pretty average er day.

A smoker I know noticed that when I vape, I don't just hit it constantly, one right after another. I vape, set it down for a bit, pick it up and vape again. As a smoker, we keep smoking until the cig is done. Whether we want the whole thing or not. You could say that is chain vaping, but are we really? I think I would make myself sick if I vaped exactly the way I smoked.

I do notice that I savor the vape. It's almost relaxing. I don't feel the NEED to get the vape into my lungs as quickly as possible like I did with smoke. I also don't blow it out like I would have smoke. I just let it drift out. Like I said, I seem to have made this a relaxing, enjoyable process.

As I type this, I stop and read over what I've typed. I find I reach for my PV, read and forget how much I'm actually drawing into my mouth. So I find I open my mouth and let some escape before drawing it into my lungs. :D

I wouldn't say I can't put it down but i'm vaping a loooot. My girlfriend and friends all call me addicted. Haha. Only thing it's hurting is my wallet. Lol.
Exactly! My gf just called me obsessed because I've been on the forums the last couple of days and I keep getting new deliveries.

I vape all day, only exceptions being work limitations, dead battery or too much nicotine intake.

With vaping, most of the hassles of having a smoke are gone-stepping outside, smelling like an ashtray. It's gratifying and liberating at the same time.

I've cut my nic down to 12mg so far from 18mg. Lots of my coworkers who transitioned over from cigs started on 12mg and it is meeting their needs.

Hopefully, sooner than later I will cut the level down further. I don't like freaking out when I misplace my ecig and go into panic mode. I prefer my battles to be more mental than physical.

I have been into vaping for maybe a little more than 6 months now and always have 1 or two devices on me and when I can I carry my "vape kit case" that holds all my material for refilling, rebuilding, and exchanging charged batteries. I catch myself at places that are not cool with vapes beginning to place the vape in my mouth before I realize it's not a cool place. Habitual PVer for ya. lol

I remember when I started vaping, I was sort of euphoric. I felt so free.

Starting to chain vape myself. Very new in my area. Only vapers are people I know. Get some funny looks from people. Oddly enough it is easy to put down when going to a restaurant, bar or shop. Not like cigarettes. They would make me angry with out one. Vape changed me for the better.

Now to get you to change from the Broad Street Bullies to the Bruins....then your journey will be complete.

I do set it down, and so does my wife. We quit analogs together about 2½ weeks ago. We were just talking about this very thing today, because as near as I can figure, we're getting by on a LOT less nicotine than when we smoked. Before my eGo setup, I was chewing gum, and that's 4mg per piece. I was chewing 3-5 pieces a day. Have a tank, so it's easy to keep track of how much juice I'm using which seems to be around 1½ ml per day of 12mg juice. We were smoking full-flavored cigs...I don't know how much nicotine was in each one, but we both smoked a pack a day. We were able to quit 100% from the first time we charged our batteries, so that's a pretty good reduction. Wish I knew how to measure it more accurately.

We do put the vape down, but I usually have it close and pick it up often. But I seldom take more than 3 or 4 puffs at a time. I'm genuinely amazed at this experience!

I never smoked (besides the occasional tobacco pipe and cigar) and picked up e-cigs exactly because I wanted something nice and fun to enjoy on a daily basis. It tastes fantastic and it's loads of fun. If I can vape, I will. I see no point in not doing so. Mostly I'm a moderate vaper and I feel no physical need to chain vape, but sometimes I do, like now. I basically never leave home without my PV. For me I think of it's become a hobby and a life style that pleases me, so I see no reason to cut back on it or anything.
