Woke up this morning, dripped my 510 for a bit with my coffee, did 5K, came home, stretched, vaped some more! Love it!

Also my Epower, atties, and avejuices all shipped already. And altsmoke is taking care of me. Great company there!

Dang. I wish I could run 5k... Probably have to get this computer off my lap first. Heavier than it looks... I do feel a lot better since I switched to vaping though.

Hey 5K just sounds good. It is only just over 3 miles, and I do intervals of run/walk. Go for ~20 minute walk, you just did a mile!

This is awesome; just this morning I decided to "risk" a deeeep lung-filling breath and guess what? No pain. At all.
That alone, to me, is worth the price of admission!

that's awsome!!!! My whole justification for vaping is that I don't cough anymore. When I rolled my own analogs and smoked 50 a day(nearly 20 years!! 10 more years on filters before that) I coughed to the point of scaring people around me (in the morning). almost 5 months off analogs no coughing no shortness of breath...heaven to be able to breath. I dont ever want an analog anymore but i vape like a fog machine!! best thing i ever did.

That is great to hear all, I actually have an Airlife Spirometer from after my surgery, it helps in improving and measuring lung capacity. I can keep the needle floating and get the part that measurs the mL of air much higher! I actually still using this thing to improve my air intake. While smoking analogs I could get nowhere near where I get now

Did a half hour on the treadmill (guess that figures out to 3 miles), does that count?

Anyway, not bad for a 70 year old. (that smoked for the better part of 60 years)
