my batteries had died and I was unscrewing a cart from my Infinity Pro, and the top cap came unscrewed instead ... the red wire is still firmly attached so no problems there ... but when I removed my batts the topmost batt was covered in juice ... I could see drops of juice on the inside tube ... blew out both ends with lp air, but can't test until my batts are charged ... anything I should clean or be aware of before I fire it up again ?

I was trying a new cart which didn't leak until I connected it, that's where the juice came from, I'm sure ... and I don't crank down any connections too tight, I just wasn't looking as I was un-screwing  shoulda held the cap like I usually do

just a final report that all is well ... I twisted up some tissue and screwed that into the barrel to sop up any remaining liquid, blew it out again, screwed on the top cap being careful to place the wire slack in the available space, put in my charged batts and added the same cart that caused the leak in the first place ... all is well, I even tried a different threaded cart with adapter and all is well there too ... so apparently no screws rotated wrongly ... I did find and read the sticky on replacing the top cap ... for as good as the IP works, there sure doesn't seem to be much in there

even tho it was a false alarm, a minor issue as you probably knew, my post title got the attention of the right and best ppl, so thank you both for responding :thumb:
