Man, some of those comments from the ANTZ are just mindless...

Noticed someone mentioning Blu e-cigs in one of the comments
and reminded me that I've seen 4 or 5 Blu e-cig commercials
on TV today ... Obviously, Blu is cranking up their TV adds.

I see Blu ads at least once a day, if not more - and I only have the idiot box on 2 hours or so in the evening. They have to be saturating the airwaves...

I love how there are so many measured responses by e-cig users to the objections of people who are super anti tobacco and nicotine. A lot of educating going on there.

Thanks posters who make a difference to our community with well reasoned and fact filled responses.

So far, I'm very pleased with the responses to the anti comments as well. It just goes to show how well-behaved we all are when we're allowed to have our nicotine. :D

On the subject of comments on these on-line articles ...

What I have found very interesting is the increased frequency
of positive e-cig comments coming from those who do NOT vape.

This could only happen because our numbers today are huge ...
and we're educating everyone we come in contact with.

Agreed. I think it's because more non-smokers are beginning to know someone who has switched to vaping and their seeing the benefits on a more personal level. Change comes slow, but it is accelerated when people are touched by the benefits of that change either directly or through someone they care about.

I totally agree with this. I am "allowed" to vape at work (well I tend to keep the exhales atleast partially stealth) and I get more and more questions about it. I inform and if they mention one of those Fraud Distribution Agency studies I keep it mellow and explain why they are largely disregarded in the scientific and medical community and where a lot of the other negative reports get their money from. Usually the conversation ends with "(insert name here) smokes. Where should I get one of those for them to try." and a business card from my starting vender.

I'm notice more people are curious then offended by it these days.

Amazing what an ever-growing number of people spreading the truth can do. Something to think about as we continue our fight for our right to vape.
