Check your in-system messages - some/most people don't even know there is a running conversation there.
Notes at checkout - aside from a nice little note (which always lifts the team's spirit) - it doesn't hurt to put something to the following effect: "If I am up for a loyalty upgrade, I would like to try XXX." Or - "If I am up for a loyalty upgrade, would you kindly upgrade my 15ml bottle of XXX to a 30?" Count the quantity of your orders - we upgrade the orders ending in 3's and 8's (Ie, order # 3, 8, 13, 18...)
Free shipping over $50 - If you're spending anywhere near $40, buy an extra bottle and save.
Choose Priority Mail for the $50 insurance, but don't expect it to get there any faster (honestly). If you order more than $50 worth of liquid and it's NOT giving you the USPS 1st Class Mail option at checkout, your order weighs more than 13oz and Free Shipping will automatically be upgraded to Priority - save your $5.75.
If you order a large quantity of liquid (anything over $100, domestic shipments only) - buy the insurance, always.
