Operation Meetinghouse, an allied bombing of Tokyo on the night of March 9-10, 1945 killed an estimated 100,000 people. That was with conventional firebombs and napalm. There was over 300 planes involved in that, but it's as close to "one shot" as you can get without using an actual nuclear weapon. But no, no other atomic bombs have ever been used in combat operations since then. And I'd argue the only reason they we're used then was because nobody else had them and there was little fear of retaliation with other nuclear weapons. That and the horrendous death toll that would have arisen if they instead went ahead with the ground invasion of the Japanese home islands. But that's an argument for another thread.
