To be fair; they called him "CEO" and not "owner." They may, in fact, be one in the same, but nothing indicated that. The complainant actually recommends "firing" the CEO; so I doubt he could be the owner if he can be canned.the part about the owner
Also, if he is treating employees as accused; I imagine there is high turn-over (that will slow things down) and finding replacements made more difficult. And getting a business loan (to expand), when they have an "F" rating from the BBB, may be problematic.
You are right, they did have a great reputation 3-4 years ago. But, if you search for reviews and comments made in just the last year; I think you will find many that are not so complimentary. You can get away with sketchy service for a while, but when you couple that with high prices and expanding competition, you are going to get into financial trouble eventually.
