Picked up a Nuon NURE18650-1. I could tell by looking that it wouldn't fit in my Evic. Got home and opened it up and this is what I found. The exact same battery that came with the Evic. Samsung ICR18650=26F. I removed the protection circuit and it works just like the other one. At $9.99 at the local batteries+Bulbs I have a good source for emergency batteries.
