Nutty burnt flavor with clearomizer

This is a brand new fluxomizer clearomizer. I've used the juice in one of the same kind before with no issues.

Now if I puff on it without pressing the button then I dont get the bad flavor. So I'm thinking its having trouble feeding the liquid.

Any thoughts?
