Im not living in NYC but I get it and even if my city were to ban it, i wouldnt care. non vapers arent familiar with it and associate it with smoking. I do it because i chose to, they dont because they chose not to. They shouldnt be subjected to 2nd hand smoke or vapor.

Ive seen some people have huge issues with bans or people complaining about it. its called common courtesy. People shouldnt have to deal with something they dont want or arent familiar with.

Also, maybe they have a point. I realize that many of us defend vaping as harmless but who knew cigs would be so harmful back in the day. Ever watch an old movie where people are smoking like crazy on a plane or in a hospital? Id honestly be completely surprised if we find out years down the road that there are no risks in vaping.

We made a choice for ourselves, not for others. Lets be polite and respect those that dont vape otherwise were going to be even more lumped in with cig smokers

I do not have any problems with anything you said.

Unfortunately, many vapers a creating a climate of fear and loathing that is only rivaled by the gun owners.

its not banned here now and i still dnt vape in public. why should a ban be an issue. i smoked cigs according to the laws too and had no issue with it. As a matter of fact, I embraced smoking laws because it enabled me to smoke less. whats the big deal.

If not being able to vape in a public place bothers someone, perhaps they need to look at themselves a little more closely. its an addiction

I can't believe what I'm reading here. You go ahead and bend over, I'll keep my personal liberties thanks for contributing to the vaping community

I dont want to be subjected to 2nd hand cig smoke so why should i subject non vapers to my vape. I really dont see whay so many of people have issue with this

There are many hazards in the air. Peoples breath, perfumes, auto exhaust, cooking emissions, mold, animal exhaust, cat allergens. No shortage of work for the ban happy people.

I agree. If all of the things that make our environment "unsafe" were to be forbidden, I would probably die of boredom in that world ... :(

The only thing I care about is the sale of e-cig products. As long as I can still buy my gear and juice I'll gladly excuse myself to the restroom and have a few puffs. I don't see the need to puff away at the dinner table at Chili's.
