its not banned here now and i still dnt vape in public. why should a ban be an issue. i smoked cigs according to the laws too and had no issue with it. As a matter of fact, I embraced smoking laws because it enabled me to smoke less. whats the big deal.

If not being able to vape in a public place bothers someone, perhaps they need to look at themselves a little more closely. its an addiction

Sorry but I'm NOT going to cringe in some dark alley and feel as if I'm a criminal. FYI when I go out I rarely take my PV with me.
You had stated in your original post "even if my city were to ban it, i wouldnt care.". Banning vaping is one thing but prohibiting it from public places is a completely diff scenario....regulating is NOT the same as banning.

Might as well give it up tgg1304; you're standing in a church claiming "there ain't no war on Christmas."

I can hear the vigilantes coming.

and they think people like me are the problem

then i stand corrected. thank you

I dont want to be subjected to 2nd hand cig smoke so why should i subject non vapers to my vape. I really dont see whay so many of people have issue with this

I agree completely. It is only fair to ban vaping where cigarette usage is banned. However, I LOVE to vape in public places and listen to/watch the reactions that people give me. PRICELESS.

One of my favorite experiences: Taking a HUGE rip from my rebuildable in a should to shoulder elevator. The cloud was soo thick I couldn't see anything for a quick second. Surprisingly, no body said anything expect for a soft "what the ......? from the back.

That's the kind of over-the-top inconsideration that will give vapers a bad name... why would you do that?

I wouldnt be one bit surprised if NYC or California are the first states to BAN vaping. California can fall off the face of the US for all I care and maybe the oceans will rise and drown NYC. I'll stay in TEXAS, Thank you very much! At least we have the cojones to FIGHT for what we believe in, instead of rolling over and taking it up the tailpipe. ~rant off~

Sounds like a vote for GW.
