I got some Liptons teabags from Tesco, and they smell really nice! Is it OK to make a brew with them before you use them in your carts? Obviously, I would wash them first.

Lol, Now that is one question I have never seen asked here before. Iwouldn't like to say. Why don't you drink half of them and use the other half as filler:p

The bags work fine if used and rinsed in hot water.

They are fantastic. I can tell you that. They work SO much better for the 510 and 901's that I have.

Please excuse an "intruder"...I'm still a British Citizen even though I live stateside.

I'm trying to get my sister in Leyland to convert...she'll be here next month and I WILL convince her!

*INTRUDER ALERT*

Hey there. I'm not from UK (I'm from Finland) but I do have a boyfriend from UK (well lives in Dublin now), is that good enough? :D

Anyway the reason I'm posting here is the tea bags. I bought some pyramid ones (I love the mint tea) but the material is not the same as in the ones the US users seem to be using. I checked Moobyghost's video to see the tea bag and after that I was sure, it's not the same. The one in the video is more translucent and all, mine is papery feeling and looking.

So, are your teabags actually the same material as the US ones?

I was thinking the same thing Poldara. While the tbags that I have (Liptons Infusions) are definitely different to the usual tbag material they do look different from those I've seen used in the US demo videos. They're not quite as 'plastic' looking.

Still, I've been using (and re-using) them and they seem to be working fine.
