Tim at Vaporbeast ROCKS!!!
I got home from Thanksgiving late this morning/early this afternoon and got my vapemail. I had ordered a Variable Vector Volt from vaporbeast.com as my 1st step up from my egos and it had arrived. I threw the batteries on (in?) the charger and, drooling impatiently, summoned the Force to charge my batteries faster so I could vape from my shiny new chrome lavatube. As soon as the light turned green I plucked it from the charger and put it in my lavatube (+ end in first) only to have the screen flash 3 times and then nothing. I switched batteries and it did the same thing, the screen flashed 3 times and nothing. Feeling dejected I went to the coffee shop and, while vaping on my ego c twist, I sent Tim at vaporbeast an email telling him of my problem. 5 minutes later I got an email back from him asking if he could call me to see if he could troubleshoot it over the phone and I replied 'sure' and sent him my cell #. When he called me he had me press the menu button 5 times quickly and my lifeless lavatube came to life. To go out of his way like that for me on not just any weekend but a holiday weekend tells me that his parents did an awesome job instilling a highly professional work/business ethic in him. He earned (deservedly) a customer for life.
If Tim (or his wife) reads this, THANK YOU!!
Btw, I'm writing this while sitting on my back patio (it's 73f at 8:05pm here), vaping gleefully on my shiny new lavatube.
