For 510-type drip tips, I think it's a metric o-ring. They don't seem to have "dash" numbers, like #47 (which would be way too big for a drip tip). They just go by the inner diameter (ID) and the wall diameter. ID + twice the wall diameter determines the outer diameter (OD). I'm pretty sure, but not positive, that the metric size for drip tips is 6mm ID with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, giving an OD of 9mm.
Also, not all o-ring materials are the same. Viton would be better for resistance to
juice and resisting compression than nitrile/Buna-N, which is probably what the vendors sell. If this is the right size, which I give about an 85% chance, a pack of 25 6mm x 1.5 mm viton o-rings can be purchased from McMaster-Carr for $3.60; item # 9263K292.
