I smoked for 17 years, give or take, and smoked my last one 11 days ago

I bought a locally-branded starter kit a few years ago (automatic DSE801) and was happy for a few days with it, but after one of the atomizers fried and hassle from the seller, I tucked it away to be forgotten. Fast forward to last October, and my wife quits smoking cold-turkey using her magic woman powers, and urges me to quit as well. Cold-turkey? Not a chance... Patch? Nightmares... Gum? SHE bought me a pack of smokes within the first week... Prescription? There has to be another way... E-cig? Let's try it again!

I purchased the Blu Premium Starter kit, it arrived on a Wednesday and that Saturday morning I picked it up instead of a cigarette. Done with smoking, just like that. Now... I have a problem when it comes to new toys... I am 10 days in, and I already have an eGo-C Twist, Mini Nova, thread adapter for my one still-working 801, a few bottles of juice and some Vision Nano's in the mail.

Problem? There is no "problem" here! What's that, hun? Another package for me????

I do want to thank you all for the wealth of information provided here. May your juice bottles never run empty!

would better describe what my wife calls insanity.

hey all, totally agree! also had been a smoker for 17 years, generally feeling healthier!)

hadn't researched at all when i hit the store (vaporurs.com a really nice gang here in montreal. against their wisdom and starting with an ego, i went for a emini/eroll kit for the forum factors (and the nice pcc). anyway, will be heading back soon for a twist pretty later this week ;)

have to say that i've been stalking the e-cig-forum for a couple weeks now, and signed up just cause it's a wicked place!! reminds me a bit of candlepower forum, same awesome geek commitment, competency, and charity (plus alot of similar hardware bits).

anyway, happy to be here!

Okay, I had to show my wife that picture because she already thinks I have too much stuff. But now that she knows what too much REALLY looks like, well...
