vaping and vocal cords

I had to quit smoking cause my vocal cords were red and swollen. The cold turkey was just too hard so I bought my 1st kit a few hrs ago. 16 mg nic. Im hopin this does not aggrevate the vocal cords... any advice

Ys, since the nic in vapor is absorbed in your mouth, sinuses and nasal passages, you can pull it into your mouth, hold a couple of seconds then, let it out you nose and get your nic, and allow those vocal cord to heal quickly.

I can attest that vaping improves vocal chords. For years I lost the ability to sing the high notes. Now I can again .

vaping dehydrates you, so just make sure to drink lots of water.

Thanks for the advice. I read someplace that I need to change the cartridges every week. Is thay true.. any other stuff like that I may need to knw. Pls do tell me.

Also how do I get one of those lines at the bottom. That says im of cigi for x no of days....??
