OK, so I finally got sick of the $ spent, and being overweight from not being able to exercise (I get winded climbing a flight of stairs-so sad) and pretty much everything to do w/ analogs.

So after reading a lot of the forum I placed an order w/ V4L, and here are my thoughts.

Mark, Steve-awesome. Not only did I get a handful of free carts, they threw in a free car charger and a XL manual battery (I had ordered a kit w/ automatic batteries).

First realization, I think I prefer the manual. I was a 1-2 ppd Camel Light smoker, and ordered a variety of 18 and 24 mg carts. I also ordered some 36mg unflavored juice (from juicyliquid) and bought some USP glycerin from CVS to make my own.

Thank god for that. I soon got that jittery feeling and mixed up some 0mg juice just to vape on, and used the carts when I got the urge to smoke.

The past 2 days made me realize some things about my analog habit. I smoked way more than my body needed the nicotine and I smoked out of habit and also as a crutch.

As for vaping, it was almost like smoking for the first time. Inhaling caused coughing fits so I have just been pulling the vapor into my mouth, holding it a few seconds and blowing it out. It reminds me of smoking a cigar. I seem to have gotten a nicotine buzz, so I think the nicotine in the vapor is being absorbed into my system throught the mucous membranes in my mouth. Anyone else out there having this expierence?

I also have noticed a few things about vapor production. When I do inhale, I was noticing little to no vapor. I don't know if it's due to me not taking huge pulls on the e-cig or something else. It's no big deal, just somewhat curious...

I am still on the analogs, but yesterday I think I had a total of 6-7 and only 1 yet today. I think I have 5-6 left in my last pack and don't plan on buying more. I think I smoked them b/c of habit instead of needing the nicotine. I plan to finish them, don't really know why.

I welcome any thoughts or comments....be gentle :p

Safe to say you're not alone in that one! :D

The first time I used mine I got a ridiculous headrush. It's different from smoking, I think that's all it is. Once you get used to vaping you won't get the coughing. It's also possible that you have stuff that's too harsh/too much nic in it.

If you hold it in your lungs you get less vapor out.

Good luck!
