OCC rebuilt fail

Hello im new to kanger sub tank mini...just now i tried to rebuilt my kanger occ because the original one taste burn...so i decided to rebuilt a new one but when i finish rebuit it, the mod showed 'shorted'...then i switch to mechanical mod...then the occ that i rebuilt got fired and burn...so i want to ask what is my mistake actually...???...i have checked bottom of the occ and no excess or protrude coil...but why it is shorted...??..is it the coil inside not in center and touch the occ..??...someone please answer me

Yes, the coil must remain centered and not touch any sides, make sure it isn't that's very important.
